We are almost there! Our mission plan is getting closer to being finalized, then we fund and go. Here is what that mission is looking like; exact dates will become known later.
2009 November Mission Trip:
I. Travel to Kenya; arrive in Nairobi (2-3 days of travel)
A. Serve & Teach at Youth Conference in Migori with our Kenya Director Domnic
B. Build & Bond - Relationships, Networking, Partnerships w/local Churches
C. Research Land & Material Costs & governances of such projects in Kenya
D. Minister to Nairobi StreetKids & network w/local St. Kid Org/Churches
E. Travel Home to U.S. (2-3 days of travel)
Now we must raise the funds needed for our team to get there, do the work, and stay safe. Here is where we need your help! Please keep an eye for updates & future posts about our Fundraising Events that will include a Cookie Dough Sale, Candle Sale, and Rummage Sales. Help us by supporting these critical fundraising events. Without this support, we can not get to Africa to build a house this year nor lay ground work for future GFM missions and projects to grow this ministry and serve Africa's children; our Grace Family.
